Shipping Policy

EFperfect ships your package via Fedex/UPS (this applies generally).

EFperfect offers FREE SHIPPING via Fedex/UPS in the 48 contiguous areas of the United States (not applicable to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico)

Typically, we process orders within 1 working day. For example, an order placed on the 3rd (US time) will be processed on the 4th, and an order placed on the 4th will be processed on the 5th. If an order is placed on the weekend, processing will be delayed by one day.

Changes to estimated delivery date.

We, or our delivery partner(s), will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date where events outside of our or our delivery partner’s control delay or prevent delivery from taking place at the original estimated date and/or time. Delivery of the Products will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us. If we cannot deliver your Products within 7 days, we will:

  1. a) let you know via email;

 

  1. b) cancel your order; 

 

  1. c) give you a refund.

 

THE SHIPPING TIME WILL VARY BASED ON THE ITEM, AVAILABILITY, THE VOLUME OF ORDERS, AS WELL AS OF DESTINATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT DELAYS MAY OCCUR DURING HOLIDAY OR PROMOTIONAL PERIODS.

- If a package is marked as delivered but not found, contact the postal service within 7 days to request a trace.

- For lost or damaged items, we will send a replacement lamp at no cost.

 

Failure to Receive Delivery

- If undeliverable, the package will be returned, and additional fees may apply for re-delivery or restocking.
