EFperfect ships your package via Fedex/UPS (this applies generally)
EFperfect offers free shipping via Fedex/UPS in the 48 contiguous areas of the United States (not applicable to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico)
Urgent shipping or car shipping will incur additional charges. Rush or expedited shipping charges are not refundable. (If you need urgent delivery, please contact efperfectofficial@gmail.com)

Return and Exchange Policy
Please contact us via email (efperfect.service@gmail.com) and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Notice:
Items returned to us will not be accepted without first sending an email requesting a return.
When we receive the returned product, we will refund the product as requested; the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days after receiving the product.
