Return&Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@EFperfect.com. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Cancellation Policy.


You can cancel your order by contacting our customer service before shipping.

Once the product is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You can contact our customer service to apply for a return or refund after receiving the product.


Order cancellations will not be accepted for any custom or special products (non-stock size items) once production has begun.


Return Policy:

All purchased items (excluding final sale/clearance items and lighting accessories) can be returned within 30 days of receiving the last package.


Items Eligible for Return or Exchange:

1.Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately, so we can assess the issue and make things right. We will either send out the correct product or issue an unconditional refund.


2.If there is no quality problem with the product you receive and you simply request a return because you don't like it, the item returned for exchange or refund must be brand new and resalable and the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. It must be unused and in its original packaging, including tags, booklets, and labels.Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.Items must not be worn, altered, or damaged. For items returned for reasons other than our error and not in original condition, restocking fees may apply. We must receive the returned items within 14 calendar days after the return/exchange notification.



Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

Clearance items are non-returnable


To initiate a return, please contact us at support@EFperfect.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return address and instructions on how to send the package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Refund Processing: Fast Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, generally a week, but in exceptional circumstances it may take more than a week.



Customers are responsible for the items being returned to us before we receive them. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent any damage during the transportation.

Since the package is your responsibility until it arrives, make sure to obtain proof of postage in case you need to inquire about your return. We are not responsible for any items returned to us in error.


Please note that EFperfect is not responsible for any delivery failures caused by customer negligence. Negligence includes but is not limited to refusal of delivery confirmation and incorrect recipient information (such as order address, contact number, or recipient name). In such cases, we cannot process refunds. If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at support@EFperfect.com as soon as possible and provide your order number and the correct information.
