What payment types do you offer? 

The EFperfect official website offers Shopify Payment and PayPal third-party payment systems.

Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, bi-weekly installment payments - with 0% APR interest, no hidden or late fees, and the eligibility check has no impact to your credit score.*

How the Shop Pay works ?

1. Add items to your cart.
2. From the Cart or Checkout page, choose Shop Pay to checkout.
3. Choose to pay in 4 installments.

Your first payment is either due at checkout or 2 weeks after your purchase. The next 3 remaining installments are automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay every 2 weeks. Don't worry, you'll get an email notice before each payment to remind you.

How secure is your payment?

All payments are secured with high-end SSL encryption to comply with data safety standards. Your billing information will never be shared with third parties. All payment information is encrypted. Please note that EFperfect.com does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. We take fraud very seriously, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.

How do promotion prices and discount codes work?

All promotion prices are shown after the discount code has been applied. The discount code is not supported for the "Quick Order" feature. Not all products have discount codes. Please ensure you correctly enter the discount code during checkout.

FAQs

I forgot to use my discount code!

Have you made your purchase, and as the payment was loading you realized you didn't add your discount? No worries, that opportunity hasn’t slipped away! Simply email our lovely EFperfect team at support@EFperfect.com and they will be happy to add this in for you.

Can I use several discount codes on one order?

Only one discount code can be used per order. If you are purchasing multiple bundles and discounts, we suggest placing separate orders. Please check email offers for which items the codes are applicable for.

What currency is the store in?

All pricing is listed in US dollars, but you can choose the currency yourself on the top right corner.

Why can't I make the payment?

If you are using Paypal as a guest payment, please double check that you have entered the correct shipping or billing address. If you enter incorrect information, such as a wrong zip code, Paypal will force you back to the checkout page and notify you of the error.

If you pay by credit/debit card, please double check that you have entered the correct card number. If you enter the wrong card number, the website will force you back to the checkout page and inform you of the wrong information or suggest you to use a different card.

Also, to reduce the risk of your card information being stolen, some debit/credit card merchants will not approve payments if your billing address and shipping address are different.
